About Us
At Kids Heart Pilates, we believe that no child should be left behind. Our purpose is to empower children to thrive through joyful, movement-based therapy that builds confidence, regulation, and healthy habits for life.

We specialise in delivering engaging, evidence-based programs that support gross motor development, physical literacy, and holistic well-being. Our work spans 1:1 NDIS sessions, group therapy, kindergarten-based programs, and holiday intensives, all delivered from our purpose-built, high-energy clinic and key early learning partnerships.

As leaders in paediatric movement therapy, we not only serve our clients, we also educate, mentor, and collaborate with other allied health providers across the country.

Paediatric Exercise Physiologist
Full-Time | Ashgrove, Brisbane | Clinic-based with some community partnerships
The Role
We are looking for a passionate Paediatric Exercise Physiologist to join our close-knit and purpose-driven team.
In this role, you will:

Deliver 1:1, group, and kindy-based movement therapy to children aged 2 years and up
-
Work collaboratively with families, educators, and allied health professionals
-
Use movement as a tool for improving motor, cognitive, sensory, emotional, and social and language development
-
Contribute to our research partnerships and projects, content development, and team learning
-
Apply creative, child-led approaches to engage even the trickiest clients
-
Maintain high standards of documentation, communication, and reporting
-
Participate in weekly 1:1s, clinical training, and PD days

Who You Are

AEP or EP with ESSA registration (soon to be new grads and new grads welcome to apply with paediatric placement experience)

Passionate about helping children build confidence through movement

Creative, playful, and confident in engaging neurodiverse and developmentally delayed children

Skilled in clinical documentation, communication, and parent collaboration
-
Committed to professional learning and contributing to a supportive team
