What does it cost?

NDIS funded clients fees are as per the NDIS Price Guide. Private and medicare standard hourly rate is $166.90 for a 60 minute session. Medicare rebates may apply. For our assessment and other fees, please get in touch.

Join Our Playgroup for Neurodiverse Children!

Calling all parents and caregivers of neurodiverse children aged 4-5! We're excited to invite your little ones to join our free Kids Heart Pilates Playgroup, specially designed to promote holistic development through movement. Each session is carefully crafted by a pediatric exercise physiologist to ensure a fun and engaging experience tailored to the unique needs of neurodiverse children.

 

What to Expect:

Physical Development: Fun Pilates exercises to improve strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Cognitive Development: Activities to stimulate problem-solving, memory, and attention skills.

Social Development: Group and partner exercises to encourage interaction, cooperation, and communication.

Emotional Development: Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to promote self-expression and emotional regulation.
