Kick off your Mothers day weekend at New Farm park with a morning out meeting other mums, giving yourself some love, doing some exercise yourself AND some for you mini me. They exercise while you exercise!!! Enjoy a delicious morning tea and lunch brought to you by Kids Heart Pilates, Kiss the Berry and Loaded Food Co. Celebrate Mothers Day and learn about exercise considerations as a mother.

Mummy & Me Pilates (baby 6weeks PP - 2 years) 

10-11am
 Morning tea by Kiss the Berry and mingle with other mums & HEAR FROM LIZ on postnatal exericse and exercise appropriate tips for babies and kids. 

11-11:30
Mummy Heart Pilates (Pilates for mums, bubs under 2 welcome) 

11-11:30
Kids Heart Yoga (3-6years)

HEAR FROM LIZ Dawson; KHP Founder, Exercise Physiologist, Mum, pre and post natal care, paediatric exercise prescription (8 years experience) and pilates instructor on returning to exercise after having a baby, Pelvic Floor and what it consists of, posture changes as a mum and post pregnancy, incorporating babies into exercise so it is beneficial for them and you and the importance of exercise for kids.
